Executes item D-502-509-03: paper #102's Sec.5 expressibility test re-run through packet #502's own four-leg machinery on the other mass sectors, gated on #502's exhibits digit-for-digit (Koide Q = 0.66666446 +- 0.00000508; muon leg-1 miss 50,939 sigma; smallest write (889, 183817, 3091378), 16 digits against 13; quadratic misses 2,367,227 and 21 sigma). Quarks: no leg can fail at current precision -- the unit-count write (1, 2, 43, 588, 1935, 79949) already fits every ratio inside its error, the top ratio's one-sigma interval holds some 36,274 integers, and the largest miss anywhere is the quadratic leg's 2.16 sigma on the down quark; the inputs are also scheme- and scale-dependent running masses for which #102 states no scheme. Neutrinos: the test cannot be run to a verdict -- only the two squared mass differences are measured, each mass ratio is a continuous free function of the unmeasured lightest mass passing through every integer (m2/m1 = 2 exactly at 0.00501 eV), so there is nothing for the ledger to write. The account is neither re-killed nor revived in either sector; #502's kill on its named candidate stands, and the boundary of the test's reach is now computed. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
