Works item D-041-080-22 (paper #54, The Arrow Census, Entry 9): the pairing operator, built as the deck involution of the topological double of the one-sided universe, and attacked. Gate reproduces Entry 9's price verbatim from both recovered versions ('the pairing operator, still owed' / 'a pairing rule, still missing'), the seal sentence, the exactly-two postulate, and 11 of 11. Verified on a discrete double (401 points): the involution squares to the identity, its swap operator has eigenvalues +1 x3 and -1 x3 with det -1 at odd mode count, the quotient has exactly 2 preimages off the scar and 1 at it (exactly-two as covering degree), the mirror sheet's signed area flips (+0.5 to -0.5), and the arrows are the directions away from the fixed scar. The fork, computed: in the smooth double the scar is interior -- a travelling pulse crosses it with flux 294.3, pair-even and pair-odd eigenfields have exactly zero flux at the scar (0.000000), and a mixed-parity field leaks through the cross term (max flux 4.500000 = k^2/2 at k = 3) -- so all-fields sealing costs a parity selection premise, a convention of the forbidden species one level down; the disjoint sealed species instead admits 24 pairings of four labelled scar states with 0 distinguished by sheet-internal data. Disposition: item strengthened, not closed; surviving price = a construction canonical, sealed for all admitted fields, and handedness-reversing with arrows away from the scar, or a derivation of the parity premise or of the sever-as-double identification. The same operator species is spent at paper #41 (D-041-080-01) and paper #61 by cross-reference in the manuscript, with no second derivation and no renumbering. Grade INCREMENTAL. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
