Curriculum evaluation is essential for determining the relevance of postgraduate programs and their alignment with professional training needs. This article aims to analyze the curricular relevance of the Master's Degree in Civil Procedural Law at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, Managua, based on the training needs underlying its redesign. A qualitative approach is adopted, focusing on the analysis of the study plan and curricular components related to the object of study, professional competencies, graduate profile, and learning organization. The analysis examines the coherence between academic training, legal research, and the demands of professional practice. Particular attention is given to the relationship between theoretical knowledge, research competencies, and the practical application of Civil Procedural Law. The article emphasizes the need for a systematic diagnosis to identify curricular strengths, limitations, and areas requiring improvement. It concludes that curriculum evaluation should provide the evidentiary basis for a relevant, coherent, and context-sensitive redesign proposal.
