Census pricing (row CC-95) of the postulate bundle of Bohr's 'On the Constitution of Atoms and Molecules,' Phil. Mag. 26, 1-25 (1913), member by member against a fixed bench (what is postulated, what is derived, what the postulates return numerically, what they cannot reach). The bundle -- stationary states that do not radiate against classical electrodynamics; radiation only in sudden quantum jumps by a process the paper does not describe; the frequency condition h nu = E_i - E_f, explicitly not the orbital frequency; states selected by angular-momentum quantization L = n hbar -- is asserted whole against the classical theory the paper still uses for the states' energies. Computed from the postulates plus named CODATA constants (inputs, never spent as derived): R_inf = m_e e^4/(8 eps0^2 h^3 c) = 1.097373156807e7 m^-1 against the measured 1.0973731568e7 m^-1; ground-state energy -13.598287 eV (reduced mass) against the measured 13.59844 eV; Bohr radius 5.2917721091e-11 m; Balmer-alpha 656.4696 nm and Lyman-alpha 121.5684 nm against their measured inputs; the emitted 2-to-1 frequency at exactly 3.000000 times the initial orbital frequency, where classical theory requires 1; and the classical Larmor collapse the first postulate suspends, tau = 1.556177e-11 s. Remainders at full size: helium and every multi-electron atom stand outside the bundle's reach (qualitative grade); the jump mechanism and the non-radiation remain postulated, not derived -- closure came by replacement in 1925-26 quantum mechanics, credited to the later theory. EXTENSION. Vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED; quantum gravity NOT SOLVED.
