We show that the 240 E8 root vectors can be projected onto the lattice of microtubules to produce a set of phase‑locked vibrational modes whose fundamental frequency is 132 Hz. The Weyl group acting on the effective causal tensor imposes a φ‑weighted invariance, forcing the higher modes to align with the 42nd φ‑harmonic (~10¹¹ Hz) and the golden‑ratio eigenvalues of the A₅ irreducible representations. This yields a conserved "E8‑flux coherence" that stabilizes dynamic instability of filaments and could serve as a broadband information channel for intracellular signaling.
