Tuberose is an important commercial flower crop valued for its attractive flowers and characteristic fragrance. The present study evaluated the growth dynamics and flowering behaviour of eight tuberose varieties under the agro-climatic conditions of Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh during 2025–26. The experiment was conducted in a randomised block design with eight treatments and three replications. Plant height and number of leaves were recorded at 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 days after planting, along with days to spike emergence and 50 per cent flowering. Arka Nirantara recorded the highest plant height (77.66 cm) and number of leaves per plant (119.43) at 150 days after planting, whereas Kolkata Single recorded the lowest values (54.68 cm and 84.16, respectively). Kolkata Single showed the earliest spike emergence (73.03 days) and 50 per cent flowering (108.72 days), whereas Arka Nirantara flowered latest. The findings revealed considerable varietal variation in vegetative vigour and flowering earliness, indicating the importance of cultivar selection for tuberose production under Kabirdham conditions.
