This scientific-theoretical article comprehensively analyzes the significance of Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) and interactive activities in teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL/EFL). Diverging from traditional grammar-translation methods, practical pedagogical tasks inherently develop students' abilities to process and apply language in authentic, real-life communicative situations. By reviewing the foundational works of globally renowned methodologists, this study investigates how targeted academic tasks influence both cognitive acquisition speed and student motivation. Furthermore, the article outlines an evidencebased methodology for selecting, designing, and systematically integrating these interactive activities into classroom practice, ultimately enhancing learners' communicative competence.
