Census pricing (row CC-113, Scout Batch 7) of the founding step of Langevin's 'Sur la theorie du mouvement brownien,' C. R. Acad. Sci. Paris 146, 530-533 (1908), against a fixed bench (postulated / derived / numeric return / reach). The step: Newton's equation split by hand into a Stokes drag (imported, labelled) and a fluctuating force whose statistical properties are postulated (zero mean, independent of the velocity, delta-correlated in the modern form). Verified in the notebook (7 checks, exit 0) at declared bench parameters (sphere radius 0.5 micrometres, density 1000 kg/m^3, viscosity 1.0e-3 Pa s -- instrument inputs, not a measured particle): gamma = 9.4248e-9 kg/s, relaxation time m/gamma = 5.5556e-8 s, D = 4.3676e-13 m^2/s with the Green-Kubo integral of the velocity autocorrelation returning D at ratio 1.000000, and the mean-square displacement crossing over at t = m/gamma with MSD/(2Dt) = 1/e exactly (MSD = 1.7853e-20 m^2). Remainder at full size: the noise strength is not derived -- a free strength S settles the particle at = S/(2 gamma), and the carried value S = 2 gamma k_B T = 7.7592e-29 is forced by demanding equipartition, i.e. the fluctuation-dissipation balance is an input dressed as an output. Scout-grade verification disclosed on the manuscript's face (CC-91 form): no verbatim quotation, no page-specific claim. EXTENSION. Vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED; quantum gravity NOT SOLVED.
