Increasing global use of Electric Vehicles necessitates high-efficiency, and durable charging infrastructure. Photovoltaic (PV)-powered EV Charging Stations are an environmentally friendly solution; nevertheless, their effectiveness is limited by PV intermittency, low voltage levels, dynamic load changes, and grid integration issues. To solve these issues, this research proposes a PV-integrated EV charging architecture which includes a Max Gain Extended Step-Up DC-DC converter and a Eurasian Oystercatcher Optimized Proportional-Integral (EOO-PI) control technique. The proposed converter is used to convert the low PV voltage to a higher voltage while minimizing device stress and ripple. The EOO-PI controller employed for fast dynamic response, superior voltage regulation, and increasing resilience under varying circumstances. A Bidirectional DC-DC converter connected to a battery for effective energy buffering, peak load assistance, and power sharing during PV intermittency and outages. Grid integration is accomplished using a three-phase Voltage Source Inverter with an LC filter, which allows smooth bidirectional active and reactive power flow. Furthermore, a PI-controlled inverter-fed Brushless DC motor implemented for steady speed regulation and low torque ripple across all operating conditions. MATLAB/Simulink simulation and hardware outcomes indicate stable DC-link regulation and uninterrupted EV charging with 98.1% efficiency and grid current Total Harmonic Distortion of 0.26% (R-phase), 0.21% (Y-phase), and 0.15% (B-phase) under dynamic operating conditions.
