The exponential suggestion following Paper 134DY is developed into a source-defined transformand an arbitrary-order analytic target. Two exponential lifts must be distinguished: one lifts theinverse-response coefficients of Paper 134AP; the other lifts the screened coefficients of CO–CQ–BC.For the first lift, the Riemann Hypothesis is equivalent to subexponential growth on the imaginaryray, expressed as the norm of two real functions. A rotated Laplace integral proves the conversewithout assuming zero locations or a positive screening density. An unconditional reciprocal-zeroformula identifies the exact growth exponent and explains why finite-height zero verification cannotmake it vanish. The lifts satisfy two explicit Volterra equations built from the theta coefficients, and their difference retains the critical-screening contribution. The source kernels themselves haveentire order one third, but this does not control the growth of their Volterra inverses. Directedinterval integration proves that both natural real feedback kernels are already negative at argumentfour, excluding a naive positive-renewal argument for the actual theta source. Exact controls alsoseparate pointwise exponential bounds from matrix bounds and show how taking absolute valuesdestroys a valid cancellation. The contribution is an explicit all-order proof target, source equationsand rigorous exclusions of insufficient estimates. The required subexponential estimate for theiractual solution is not established.
