We establish a canonical topological lifting of Mundici equivalence, representing every topological MV-algebra as the unit interval of a topological -group and extending the correspondence to a categorical adjunction. As applications, we give a direct group-theoretic proof of the equivalence of T₀ and T₃₁₂ and show that every topological MV-algebra is a retral space. We further extend the lifting to topological Riesz MV-algebras and identify the canonical topology with Wiweger's mixed topology under suitable assumptions, recovering the strict topology as a special case. Finally, we obtain a unit-interval formulation of Koopman representations for continuous-time dynamical systems.
