ECOFLOR is a working group of the Spanish Association of Terrestrial Ecology (AEET) focused on the ecology and evolution of flowers. It organizes an annual meeting where researchers present their ongoing projects and studies. In recent years, ECOFLOR has expanded its reach, achieving an international dimension and welcoming contributions from researchers worldwide. The 23rd Annual Meeting was organized by the Wildlife Pollinators group, a research group of the Wildlife Ecology and Health Lab (https://weh.cat/), based in the Veterinary Faculty of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Additional researchers from different institutions (IRTA, CTFC, CREAF, IVIA) were actively involved in the organisation. The meeting was held in the city of Tortosa during 11-14 February (Fig. 1) and gathered 105 participants from eight countries (mostly Spain, Italy, and the Czech Republic), including Brazil.
