Abstract

v3 adds: (1) Novelty Statement, (2) Chapter 11: IBM Quantum Test Proposal with Qiskit code and empty results table, (3) Chapter 12: Minimal History Category Hist_2 for the double-slit. Chapters 5, 6, 10 are proved results. Chapters 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 are models, sketches, and proposals. No value for lambda is claimed. This is a self-published preprint, not peer-reviewed.
