AbstractThis paper introduces a unified, closed physical-mathematical matrix that connects fundamental subatomic constants and quantum limits to the spatial dimensions of atomic nuclei, lightweight organic compounds, and macromolecular complexes. By separating structural geometry into three discrete boundary layers—the Nuclear Reductor, the Linear Electronic Ceiling, and the 3D Macromolecular Floor—we demonstrate that molecular architecture is hardcoded into the structural geometry of the universe. The model achieves over 95% predictive accuracy across all included scales without empirical tuning or parameters alignment.
