The article substantiates a methodology for developing the professional identity of prospective teachers in a digital learning environment. Three identity-relevant functions of the environment are distinguished: the "mirror" (video recording and annotation of one's own teaching), the "trace" (an electronic portfolio that documents growth) and the "forum" (online professional communities that give a sense of belonging). On this basis, six principles of the methodology are formulated and a four-stage model is proposed: entry and self-positioning, exploration of professional models, trial with digital reflection, and integration and projection. For each stage the goals, digital activities, tools and expected evidence of identity development are described, including a digital version of the author's "Three Mirrors" video-based evaluation method within the course "Pedagogical Skill". Risks of digital learning and ways of reducing them are discussed.
