Stunting remains a public health concern associated with inadequate family knowledge of nutrition, caregiving practices, and the importance of the first 1,000 days of life. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of pregnant women, mothers of infants and children under five, and families in stunting prevention through the “Bidan Sahabat Keluarga” movement in Sungai Beliung, Pontianak. Activities included partner coordination, target-group identification, preparation of an educational booklet, health education, family mentoring about growth monitoring, and evaluation using pre- and post-tests. Twenty participants completed the knowledge assessment. The mean score increased from 67 before education to 93 after education, a 26-point increase. The results indicate improved short-term knowledge following the educational activities. Further monitoring is needed to determine whether the knowledge gain is sustained and translated into family practices. The program outputs were completed, including an educational booklet, activity video documentation, electronic-media publication, and the planned intellectual-property output.
