The scientific article explores a range of legal issues related to cross-border bankruptcy, which are particularly relevant for the Russian legal system, which lacks specialized regulation. Based on an analysis of scientific literature, the author of the article systematizes the key problems of cross-border bankruptcy. In his research, the author concludes that it is necessary to introduce the adaptive provisions of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency into the Russian legal system. Additionally, the author proposes an innovative model of a «Digital Platform for Cross-Border Insolvency» as a doctrinal solution to the existing problems.
