We propose a fundamental theoretical framework, termed the Non-Local Spacetime Memory Framework, to resolve several long-standing anomalies in modern physics and cosmology. The framework is built on a single foundational postulate: the fabric of spacetime possesses an inherent non-local memory kernel, K(x-x'), which acts as a universal ultraviolet (UV) regulator. Theoretical Foundation: We introduce a generalized mass-memory evolution equation: ∂Mg/∂t = Dg∇²Mg + ∫ K(t-τ')F_grav dτ' - Mg/τ_mem. This equation demonstrates that spacetime curvature is not solely a function of mass, but is dynamically generated by the gradient of the memory field: R^μ_ν = f(∇Mg) = ∂²Mg/∂x^μ∂x^ν. This rigorously preserves the Mass Equivalence Principle, as light and massive objects follow identical trajectories under the memory gradient. Observational Evidence: The accompanying visual abstract (Figure 1) illustrates how this single mathematical structure provides a unified resolution to six recent observational anomalies: JWST early galaxies, attosecond electron dynamics, CMB anomalies, solar coronal heating, Lumina simulations, and quasar dust attenuation. Consistency: The framework strictly preserves causality (strictly respecting the light cone) and unitarity (avoiding ghost states), while recovering Newtonian mechanics and standard Quantum Field Theory in the infrared (IR) limit. This work demonstrates that a non-local memory framework can unify particle physics, astrophysics, and cosmology under a single mathematical principle.
