Geometric Gravity and Structures: Organizer Collection of Local Conditions Across Scales

Working collection, not a journal paper. Standalone organizer package beside the locked RSIT theory. Einstein/GR remains the source of the geometry. The collection arranges standard relations of compactness, angular-momentum support, and density-dependent settling so that local outcomes (horizons, edges, disks, filament spines, void boundaries) are fixed by three inputs already in use: C = GM/(c²R), j = L/M, and ρ or Σ(r). Limited public tests across local, regional, and global scales show that the same basic process recovers the same kind of organizational outcome while numerical values differ by locale. Residual A is not spent and remains in its locked window. The geometric pair (w₀ = −φ/2, wₐ = −1/φ) is not altered. No fourth door is opened. No new free parameter is introduced. The 24 October 2026 quantitative Sgr A* note (Zenodo 23653695) remains the residual-class ledger that sits beside this structural map. Not a detection. Not a joint cosmological test.
