AbstractThis paper establishes the existence of a universal, non-stochastic scaling algorithm that operates via structural doubling and discrete spatial registers in a strict 1-2-4 geometric proportion. Moving beyond isolated descriptions in molecular biology, human anatomy, and global geology, we demonstrate that physical space optimizes mass and area distribution using the exact same modular code across three distinct dimensions. This structural layout maps perfectly from the sub-nanometer mechanics of cell division and molecular DNA replication, through to intermediate human organogenesis (the 15-30-60 proportional matrix of the kidney, heart, and liver), and up to macroscopic planetary tectonic divisions (the 21-42-84 million square kilometer continental register). The continuous symmetry discovered across these tiers proves that structural division in nature is highly conserved, functional, and mathematically quantized.
