Adults with Down syndrome face significant barriers in accessing well‐fitting clothing. This study collected anthropometric data and survey responses from adults with Down syndrome across the United States. Body measurements suggested shorter vertical dimensions and proportionally larger waists relative to standard sizing references. Most participants reported fit difficulties, particularly with sleeve and pant length, and valued soft, breathable fabrics and adaptive features. A majority expressed willingness to purchase ready‐made adaptive apparel at higher prices, suggesting potential market interest worth further investigation.
