This study focuses on optimizing turning parameters for machining Aluminum 7075 using the Taguchi method. The effects of cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut on machining performance were investigated to improve surface finish and material removal rate (MRR). Experiments were conducted with cutting speeds of 200–240 mm/min, feed rates of 0.08–0.14 mm/rev, and depths of cut of 0.1–0.8 mm, while maintaining a constant machining time of 120 seconds. An L9 orthogonal array and ANOVA were used to analyze the influence of process parameters. The optimal conditions were a cutting speed of 240 mm/min, feed rate of 0.08 mm/rev, and depth of cut of 0.8 mm, resulting in a minimum surface roughness of 0.945 µm and improved machining efficiency.
