This study aims to analyze the implementation of mudharabah financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) during the 2025 period and to evaluate its compliance with the provisions of DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 07/DSN/MUI/IV/2000 on Mudharabah Financing. The study employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach through document analysis. The results indicate that BSI’s implementation of mudharabah financing is in accordance with several key provisions of the fatwa. First, regarding the disbursement of financing for productive businesses, BSI disbursed mudharabah financing with a net value of Rp2.84 trillion in 2025, focused on productive business activities in accordance with Section One, point 1 of the fatwa. Second, regarding capital (ra’sul maal), BSI has provided capital in the form of cash with a clearly defined and verifiable value to the mudharib. Third, in applying the profit-sharing ratio, BSI implements the ratio agreed upon at the outset of the contract in accordance with PSAK 105, as reflected in the issuance of Sukuk Mudharabah Muqayyadah with a ratio ranging from 19.75% to 36.34% and an indicated annual return of 0.55%. Fourth, regarding the allocation of losses, BSI, as the shahibul maal, bears all business losses except those caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of contract by the mudharib. One aspect that still requires improvement is the transparency of ratio reporting on regular mudharabah financing to retail customers.
