The vacuum density in the Einstein-Cartan bounce frame. The 10^122 gap of the standard vacuum sum is shown to be an artifact of unregulated summation: inside the bounce frame the vacuum sum saturates at the Aldred Limit and the gap does not arise. Producing the measured density from the saturated whole requires a count of N* = 281.1079; the frame's closest owned count, the seam's 287, misses by 5.8921 counts and one binary selection — the frame's remaining open problem, stated with the falsifiers (F2, F4, F7) that would close it. Kept separate from production, the frame's best-dressed construction (the Planck density over 2^411) lands a factor of 5.99 from the density implied by the Planck measured combination (2.38 from the rounded target), its provenance itemized to its last free choice. No parameter is fitted. Revised version: conclusion reframed per the author's direction; no result, computation, or number changed. This version supersedes the version submitted to Gravitation and Cosmology on 2026-11-06 and is the version of record sent to the journal as the replacement the same day. The accompanying computation (177 checks) is deposited separately at doi:10.5281/zenodo.24020145.
