The frame's three founding timescales (sever duration 4.4336e-22 s, sever cell 2.216789e-24 s, bounce time from hbar/tau_b = 2.29903 GeV) are redshifted by the expansion from the Aldred bound rho_A = 9.7e54 g/cm^3 to today, a factor 1.0133e21. A bounce-sourced stochastic gravitational-wave background must therefore carry its structure at 2.23 Hz, 445 Hz, and 3.45 kHz today - three positional predictions in bands covered by DECIGO/BBO, LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA, and the Einstein Telescope. The inherited formalism's only founding timescale redshifts to ~1e11 Hz, outside every funded band. Amplitude not predicted; falsifiers pre-registered on the paper's face.
