Tables are given from which the continuous spectrum of emission nebulae can be computed from a knowledge of the electron temperature, the electron density, and the abundance of helium ions. The recombination continua of He I are determined from photoionization cross-sections calculated by the quantum-defect method as described by Peach. Total recombination coefficients to low levels of He0 are also computed.
