Correlation-function exponents _ and _ appropriate to the free-surface problem have been obtained by renormalization-group calculation to order ^2. By using the scaling relations ₁= (2-_) and ₁₁= (1-_), expansions for ₁ and ₁₁ are obtained. These expansions are in agreement with the surface scaling relation 2₁-₁₁=+, but disagree with the relation ₁₁=-1 due to Bray and Moore.
