Correlation-function exponents η_⊥ and η_∥ appropriate to the free-surface problem have been obtained by renormalization-group calculation to order ε². By using the scaling relations γ₁=ν(2-η_⊥) and γ₁₁=ν(1-η_∥), expansions for γ₁ and γ₁₁ are obtained. These expansions are in agreement with the surface scaling relation 2γ₁-γ₁₁=γ+ν, but disagree with the relation γ₁₁=ν-1 due to Bray and Moore.
