The final results of a parallax program carried out with the 1.5 m telescope on Palomar Mountain are presented. Astrometry has been obtained for 34 very low-mass (VLM) stars, one white dwarf, and a serendipitously discovered proper motion star. Sixteen of these stars have new (or improved) parallaxes and proper motions, and a further eighteen have proper motions alone. Common proper motions have also been determined for two VLM binary systems; GD l65AB and TVLM 5l3-42404AB. The latest atmospheric and interior models for low-mass stars are combined to produce isochrones in the observational MK:I-K plane. Remarkable agreement is seen between both the solar metallicity and low metallicity models, and the observed low-mass sequences.
