Introduction and objective of the research. The research is devoted to searching the ways to optimize the training process and increase the effectiveness of competitive activities in team sports games using the modern approaches development to the work organisation of national teams of Ukraine, taking into account highly skilled athletes migration. The basic components of the training technology, algorithm, which are necessary for migration factors considering and application for the successful performance of the sports games national teams of Ukraine on the international arena are determined.
