This paper studies the inheritance of folk art based on computer-oriented devices and video image understanding algorithms. In the video understanding section, this research study proposes a method by combining weight templates and spatiotemporal templates to recognize human actions. First, consider that different parts of the body play very different important roles in different behaviors. Modern animation is not only a display of technology, but also an effective way to record, inherit and disseminate culture. It is widely used in commercial advertisements, documentaries, museum interpretation, education and other aspects. Spreading and inheriting traditional art in the process of animation learning can not only make folk culture the object of active research by students, but also effectively spread culture. Research and implementation of moving target detection combined with background subtraction and time difference, moving target tracking based on improved Kalman filter algorithm, feature extraction and other technologies the robustness of the algorithm.
