This paper studies the influence of nozzle structure on the flow field of the prestage of the nozzle flapper servo valve. In this paper, the finite volume method is used to simulate the influence of the nozzle flapper electro-hydraulic servo valve nozzle structure on the prestage flow field. Firstly, this article introduces the theoretical basis used by the simulation research institute, and then establishes the nozzle diameters of 0.25 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.35 mm, 0.4 mm and 0.45 mm. The finite volume method simulation model of the prestage flow field in the case of ring deviation and the simulation model is calculated. Studies have shown that the nozzle structure has a significant effect on the flow field of the prestage. The flow field of the prestage is better when the nozzle diameter is 0.25 mm. The offset of the nozzle ring will cause the pressure distribution of the flow field to be asymmetric and the pressure drop at the nozzle will be large, and will cause problems such as reduced flow stability.
