Reexamination of Building Arrangementin Gyeongnyeongjeon, Goryeo

Gyeongryeongjeon(景靈殿) was identified as No. 3-1 within three building sites through excavation research and literature analysis, but various arrangement estimates were submitted for other building sites. Among them, Jipheejeon(集禧殿), Siwonjeon(十員殿), and Naejeseokwon(內帝釋院) were located close to Gyeongryeongjeon, and it was found that they were operated in a related manner, so discussions on the location were active. Therefore, this paper confirmed the significance of the study by replacing the valuable achievements of the predecessors and focusing on the evidence presented. After confirming each thesis, the literature basis, and the excavation results accordingly, the main issues were summarized into four categories (the identity of No. 3-2 and 2-1, whether or not Jipheejeon and Jahwajeon(慈和殿) were the same building, and the location of Naejeseokwon). Based on this, parts that have not been considered or misunderstood were explained, and their own estimates on the spatial arrangement of Jipheejeon, Siwon, and Naejeseokwon were added.
