Human rights occupy a central position in the system of human values. They are rights that we all enjoy simply by virtue of being human, without discrimination on the basis of nationality, gender, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other status.These rights are universal and inherent in every human being, and include the right to life, and the rights that make life worth living, such as the right to food, education, work, health, and freedom.The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was the cornerstone. In 1948, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as the first legal document to define the basic human rights that must be protected worldwide.The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which marked its 70th anniversary in 2018, represents the cornerstone of international human rights law, as its thirty articles form the principles and foundations for current and future human rights conventions and treaties, and other legal instruments.The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, together with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, constitute what is known as the "International Human Rights Charter".These three documents provide global guarantees for the protection of human rights at the international level, and constitute a fundamental reference for national laws related to human rights in various countries around the world.Human rights are the essence of our humanity, and they are a shared global responsibility that requires commitment from all states, societies, and individuals.Respect for and protection of human rights contributes to building more just, peaceful, and prosperous societies, and enhances human dignity and freedom.Based on the above, the research discusses the importance of paying attention to human rights, developing them, and sustaining them
