This study examines the complex effects of AI on employment and provides guidance to politicians, businesses, and individuals on how to deal with the changing nature of the labour market. In addition to examining the changes in employment responsibilities and skill needs brought about by AI-driven automation, this research also addresses important ethical and policy issues.
