CONCLUSIONS: In this interim analysis, there was no significant association between GRS and Gleason grade on biopsy in a cohort of Black men. The GRS may be limited in its ability to distinguish indolent from aggressive prostate cancer. Study limitations include small sample size and selection of patients from a large referral center. Future directions include augmenting this pilot data with additional patients from a multi-institutional cohort.
