There were no significant differences in RFS or OS between Whites from the United States and Europe (Figure 1A). CONCLUSIONS: Minority groups from Europe and Asia have better outcomes in regard to RFS following RNU for treatment of UTUC when compared to minority groups from the United States. These differences may be due to socioeconomic factors, treatment accessibility, cultural/ethnic differences in pursing healthcare, and differences in clinical management of UTUC across different continents.
