Demographics and participation per round for each platform are shown in Table 1. The Delphi process resulted in sequential question prioritization in rounds 2 (24 questions) and 3 (15 questions). The resulting final research agenda is shown in Table 2. CONCLUSIONS: Stakeholder engagement resulted in a patient-prioritized research agenda for kidney stone disease, focusing on prioritized areas of stent discomfort, surgical intervention, and medical prevention. Patients and caregivers valued considerations of individualized care, shared-decision making, and improvement of patient-reported experiences when considering comparative effectiveness research for kidney stone disease.
