In this paper, the theory of fractional singular systems is investigated with second-order derivatives. The fractional HamiltonJacobi treatment of these systems is examined. The fractional HamiltonJacobi partial differential equations (FHJPDEs) are constructed. The (FHJPDEs) can be solved to obtain the fractional HamiltonJacobi function. By building the fractional HamiltonJacobi function, the equations of motion can be obtained.
