By embracing the distributive essence of innovation, the company has adopted a dual-faceted strategy: internally, through the establishment of an innovation platform that encourages, empowers, and rewards creative and cost-efficient idea generation; and externally, by cultivating a vibrant ecosystem of partnerships that harnesses sector-specific knowledge and expertise. Additionally, a meticulous stage-gated process is employed to ensure the rigorous assessment and development of ideas, thereby streamlining the path from conception to execution. The innovation platform stands as a pivotal mechanism for spurring idea generation and facilitating the exchange of knowledge across all business units, effectively dismantling traditional barriers to innovation, including geographical constraints.
