Job satisfaction is one of the major factors influencing an individual's work life. This study aims to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between job productivity and job satisfaction. It adopts a quantitative approach, specifically explanatory research. The population consists of employees at PT.X, totaling 164 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The measurement tools utilized include job satisfaction scale (α=0.972), work motivation scale (α=0.900), and work productivity scale (α=0.906). Data analysis employs mediation analysis with the assistance of JASP software version 0.18. The results indicate that job satisfaction and work motivation significantly influence an individual's work productivity. However, job satisfaction does not serve as a perfect mediating variable (z = 0.32; p < ,001). The implications of this study underscore the significant roles of job satisfaction and work motivation in work productivity, recommending that companies enhance these two variables
