This paper uses a method that combines fluid simulation and experiment to analyze the valve characteristic curve, and proposes a control method based on the inherent valve characteristic curve, which solves the shortcomings of traditional control methods such as traditional PID in valve control. This method obtains the pressure difference information between the two ends of the valve by obtaining the valve flow and opening from the sensor, solves the target valve opening through the pressure difference information and the set flow rate, and finally continuously adjusts the valve to the set flow range. This paper also conducts experiments and analysis on the flow averaging tube sensor in the variable air volume valve. In addition, this paper also designs the experimental platform, simulation platform and actual variable air volume valve.
