In this paper an Internet of Things(IoT)-based automated pipeline management and leakage monitoring system is presented. Despite the present global water crisis issues, reducing water use is the only way to prevent the catastrophe of water shortage from growing worse. Smart water sensors are utilized to track the water usage and notify the consumers when leaks are discovered. IoT makes automation and enhancement of safety standards in a pipeline easier. In this paper, an IoT-based water leakage detection method with associated sensor control scheme is proposed and a hardware prototype is developed to show the validity of the proposed water management scheme. It includes smart alerting approaches such as message sending and doing data analytics on sensor readings. By putting the programme into practice, businesses and customers may control their water consumption and system more effectively.
