The author cites certain characteristics of allegations on falsification of evidence considered as well as the results of such consideration in general. Criminal law results of establishing the facts of falsification are noted separately. The questions of delimitation of criminal law, criminal procedure and arbitration procedural content of falsification of evidence are touched upon. At the same time, attention is drawn to the possible options for warning participants in the process of criminal liability and options for qualifying unlawful acts on the basis of specific articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation related to the above allegations.
