This article examines issues that are aimed at the rehabilitation of sportsmen of the musculoskeletal system. A major role is played by movement, which is carried out due to the musculoskeletal system, which consists of bones in combination with muscles. Muscles belong to the active part of the motor apparatus, because they move bone levers. Bones are the passive part of the musculoskeletal system. The use of means and methods of therapeutic physical culture in physical rehabilitation certainly gives advantages: you can perform physical exercises in different places; convenience in load dosing; selective effect on a group of muscles, etc. Diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system should be aimed at restoring not only the affected area, but also the general restoration of the body. It is necessary to reduce the inflammatory process, restore metabolism in the affected area and, if possible, preserve the function of the body part (joint) as much as possible. Rehabilitation of the disease of the musculoskeletal system must necessarily include a comprehensive solution, since only with a comprehensive approach can the desired result be achieved. At all stages of treatment, physical or physical culture and sports rehabilitation, massage, physiotherapy, mechanotherapy and psychological support are used. Gymnastic exercises have a beneficial effect on the activation of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, restore muscle strength. It is necessary to constantly perform physical exercises with dosed and increasing loads, this is necessary to accelerate the resorption of effusion, improve blood circulation, restore dynamic muscle work and reduce atrophy. Athletes with diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system have a decrease in the intensity of somatic and vegetative functions.
