The study includes an analysis of current trends in physical culture and sports, an overview of physical rehabilitation methods, and highlighting innovative approaches to a healthy lifestyle and improving the quality of life in general. In particular, the article discusses various methods of exercises and procedures that contribute to the restoration and maintenance of the body's health. The authors draw attention to how these methods can be effective for patients after various types of injuries, operations or diseases. The study also includes an analysis of innovative approaches to a healthy lifestyle, in particular, in the context of increasing physical activity, achieving optimal motor capacity and psychological well- being. Important aspects and promising areas of further research are the developments of individual programs that help people achieve their goals in maintaining and improving health.
