Special Aspects of Application of Provisional Measures of Administrative Coercion in Respect of Minor Traffic-Related Offenders

This article is devoted to the specifics of the application of interim measures of administrative coercion in relation to minors who have committed offenses in the field of traffic. The author examines the legislation and practice of applying measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses. Without taking into account the specifics of work in this area, it is impossible to carry out effective activities. This is especially true for traffic police officers, transport security services, and employees of traffic management centers. Proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of traffic against minors have many features that are discussed in this study.
