Introduction of Public Origins in Russian Civil Laws as a Development Tendency

The article analyses the provisions of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and states that the code has been literally saturated from the date of entry into force of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to the present and continues to be saturated with public principles. It is certified, for example, by rigid models of civil law contracts; a large number of contracts entered into for one party under penalty of judicial prospect, etc., as well as the imperative regulation of the creation and activities of legal entities, their closed list. Presence of a large number of state registrations on various issues, establishment of priorities, etc. The Civil Code of the Russian Federation focuses on principles of good faith, equity, etc.
