The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Sipraja Program in Administrative Services in Siwalanpanji Village is viewed from the theoretical indicators according to George Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, the results show that in terms of communication it has gone well with the presence of village officials who are tasked with explaining the use of the sipraja application, from the aspect of resources it is sufficient in terms of facilities and infrastructure, village officials have also been able to operate the sipraja application. However, the source of budget funds has not been fulfilled as motivation for operators and the need for socialization to the community. The bureaucratic structure aspect is quite good with communication and coordination from the organizers and the village government and the existence of clear standard operating procedures.
