Implementation of Banjarmasin City Regional Regulation Number 21 of 2011 concerning waste management/cleanliness and landscaping cannot be said to be running optimally and is not yet effective. The thing that causes this ineffectiveness is due to local residents' habits/culture that continue to occur in terms of waste disposal. One of them is the existence of TPS whose official status from the Government is unclear, and the operational hours for waste disposal carried out by the community are irregular. then related to the lack of law enforcement and supervision systems. However, the Government, through the Banjarmasin City Environmental Service, is still continuing to make efforts to optimize the implementation of these regulations.
